EPI draws on cutting-edge research and proven best practice

Successful schools are committed to sustained, meaningful and collaborative relationships with their parents and community members. These relationships require trust and a shared vision. They also require that key players are able to collect, understand and communicate data, so they can revise their approaches and help each student succeed. EPI offers trainings to administrators, teachers, school paraprofessionals, parents and community members to help them build and sustain the relationships and systems necessary for successful schools.

Using our different series as general topics, EPI prefers to work collaboratively with districts to design professional development that is contextual, data-driven and sustained. While we are happy to speak at a teacher’s meeting or in-service event to introduce a topic or share current research findings, we prefer to develop long-term relationships with our clients where we can track the positive changes that occur as a result of our professional development.
